The Diet Solution Program – Not All Its Campers are Happy

“This book is a scam!” writes one user. “It only talks about general diet common sense. There are no recipes or nutritional information on what is best to eat or what to stay [away] from. Big waste of money” –Amazon.com.

The book is a common sense guide to losing weight and getting healthy. It teaches dieters to eat low calorie, low fat (usually) and high fiber foods to lose weight the healthy way. It teaches readers that there are three body types and each of these types loses weight differently. It also teaches that natural foods are best for healthy weight loss and how to manage blood sugar.

Companion books are offered or included in the downloads that offer recipes, meal planning assistance, and a journal, among others. The “diet solution program scam” has come about, for the most part, from misunderstandings about the how the e-books are obtained, or because dieters are looking for a miracle. When it comes to weight loss, there are no miracles. You have to work at it.
